Surpassing many domestic and international solution providers, Tinhvan Consulting with its \u201cprofessional and localized\u201d human resource management solution of HiStaff has been awarded by VIB for the conformity of the solution and implementing experience of Tinhvan Consulting in many organizations in finance &amp; banking field.<\/p>\n<p>With about 4,300 employees, 160 branches\/transaction offices in 27 major provinces\/cities in the country together with standard, professional personnel and evaluation system and the close attention of the Management of the Bank &#8211; VIB introduces very high requirements for human resource management software system in the management of senior offices and assurance of project schedule. The Project is expected to be carried out in 4-5 months at the head office of VIB with following sub-systems: Personnel Profile Management; Timesheet Management; Payroll Management; System Administration, and Human Resource e-Portal.<\/p>\n<p>Previously on October 31, 2012, \u201cHiStaff Human Resource Overall Management Solution Implementation\u201d Project at Techcombank had been finally commissioned. This is the first project marking a breakthrough development of HiStaff solution with the offer of many high-class management functions for finance &amp; banking sector.<\/p>\n<p>By selecting and implementing the solution in a series of major financial and banking institutions such as Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Techcombank); Maritime Joint Stock Commercial Bank (MaritimeBank); Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank), Vietnam International Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VIB); Petrolimex Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PGBank); PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC), Saigon Hanoi Securities Company (SHS), and so on.
