On the date of 11.18.2016, Tinhvan Software Export JSC (Tinhvan Outsourcing, TVO in short) of TVE Group officially opened its branch in Japan, called Japan Tinhvan software Export Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Outsourcing Japan, JSC – TVOJP).

TVOJP Office is located in Tokyo (Japan), one of the largest economic centers in the world. Address in 1003, Floor 10, Gotanda Ekimae Aios Building, 1-11-1 Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 141-0031.

The opening ceremony of TVOJP has the presence of Hoang To – Head of Chairman Board of Tinhvan Group, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – TVO CEO, the representative of JETRO Tokyo – the organization has supported a lot for the establishment of TVOJP, as well as familiar TVO‘s Japanese customers over the years.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Hoang To said: ” Japan market is particularly advantageous for companies doing outsourcing in Vietnam. Although not being comparable with China or India on the capacity in term of management, performance and technology, but according to a recent study by the Japan Ministry of Commerce, there are 30% of surveyed businesses expressed wishes to have cooperation with Vietnam companies, while this figure is only 22% for India and 20% for China. Vietnam has just gained approximately 6% of total revenue from Japan outsource. FPT Japan has been successful in this market with high growth rates for 11 consecutive years since its establishment. Entering the market later, TVOJP will have to establish a separate competitive strategy. Accordingly, we do not just focus on the offshore segment and provide cheap labor, but will discover the market for software solution which has been the strength of the TVE. It is not easy to sell the product directly to a difficult market like Japan, but Tinhvan completely has advantages in industry knowledge which has been accumulated in its product lines to resonate with traditional outsourcing field”.

Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – CEO of TVO, said: “The idea of opening an office in Japan has been kindled from the very first day when TVO identified Japan as an important market in the long-term development plan of the company . We had agreed on the need to strongly invest in this potential market, and the establishment of the subsidiary company in Japan is to make the most of the business directly with customers which is considered as the most important task . TVOJP’s strategy is a stepping milestone to help us to increase competitiveness as well as to build credibility and confidence in a difficult challenging market like this”.

After 6 years of development of the Japanese market, TVO portfolio now has contained a large of leading corporate customers in the country of sun rose. Currently, the revenue from this market accounted for 65% of total sales of TVO with high growth rate. Besides, the improvement of human resources policies, which focusing on investing in training and encouraging staff to learn Japanese and implementation of international technology certificates are also in additional strategic to improve human resource from Vietnam to work in Japan in the coming years.

After completing the launching of TVOJP, TVO is expected to achieve revenue growth of 80% in 2017 and to maintain 50% growth rate in the next year, and will actually become the flagship of Tinhvan Go Global strategy Group.
