On December 06, 2012, at the Head Office of Vietnam International Joint Stock Commercial Bank – Viet Tower, No. 198B Tay Son, Dong Da, Hanoi, Tinh Van Corporate Consulting JSC (Tinhvan Consulting) officially signed a contract for the provision of “HiStaff Human Resource Overall Management Software” with Vietnam International Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VIB).
Determining human resource management is an important task of operation management that has a direct effect on business performance and sustainable development of the Bank, in September 2012, VIB officially requested for tender for the provision of “EHR human resource management software” package. Surpassing many domestic and international solution providers, Tinhvan Consulting with its “professional and localized” human resource management solution of HiStaff has been awarded by VIB for the conformity of the solution and implementing experience of Tinhvan Consulting in many organizations in finance & banking field.
With about 4,300 employees, 160 branches/transaction offices in 27 major provinces/cities in the country together with standard, professional personnel and evaluation system and the close attention of the Management of the Bank – VIB introduces very high requirements for human resource management software system in the management of senior offices and assurance of project schedule. The Project is expected to be carried out in 4-5 months at the head office of VIB with following sub-systems: Personnel Profile Management; Timesheet Management; Payroll Management; System Administration, and Human Resource e-Portal.
Previously on October 31, 2012, “HiStaff Human Resource Overall Management Solution Implementation” Project at Techcombank had been finally commissioned. This is the first project marking a breakthrough development of HiStaff solution with the offer of many high-class management functions for finance & banking sector.
