In April 2013, Tinhvan Consulting launched Human resource general management solution Histaff for both big partners of VinGroup and Vinmec International General Hospital.
Since October 2012, HiStaff has applied at headquarter of VinGroup with 6 subsystems including Staff document subsystem, Worktime subsystem, Salary accounting subsystem, Recruitment subsystem, Human resource exploitation system and System administration subsystem. A successful application result in this stage is basis for steering committee to believe and decide to launch stage II of the project.
On 24th April, project kickoff ceremony launched Education subsystem and upgraded some functions in HiStaff solution between VinGroup and Tinhvan Consulting took place at headquarter of VinGroup.
Education subsystem launch is considered as efficient tool to help VinGroup develop human resource quality in Group and plan education plans, implement and follow education cost and result. Especially, the system has capacity to search automatically suitable staff for each learning course, quoting general report on the course, education result details of learners to help manager monitor and assess education results easily.
Also in 24th April, HiStaff launch project also started in VINMEC International General Hospital.
Accordingly, HiStaff has applied at headquarter of VinGroup with 6 subsystems: Staff document subsystem; Work time subsystem; Salary accounting subsystem; Recruitment subsystem; Human resource exploitation system and System administration subsystem in period of 2 months. It is expected that the system will be officially used in the beginning of July 2013.
Histaff will help human resource management works in VIMMEC to complete and focus on only database to follow and evaluate whole operation process of staff in the units. Not only that HiStaff application also basically help VINMEC predict and plan the human resource budget, applying automatically salary accounting and under flexible salary formula in correct time with high accuracy.
In previous time, on 28th March, Sumitomo Corporation Vietnam Limited Company – Member of Sumitomo Corporation (Japanese) also signed project contract “Human resource general management software solution supply” with Tinhvan Consulting.
Being chosen to launch by many clients, HiStaff continues confirming proud product brand name of Tinhvan Consulting and Tinhvan Group.
