Recruitment Process

I – APPLICANT GUIDE   Step 1: Fill in Online Application Form. Step 2: Submit CV or send to: hattt@tinhvan.com   Application form should include:   1. Curricumn Vitae (CV) Specifying the position, job code to apply; Contact information, Education, Experiences, Special abilities or other abilities related to the applying position (if any) and other achievement (if any).   2. Pictures (4×6)   3. Cover letter   Address for direct submitting:   Reception of Tinhvan Technologies JSC., 8th Floor, Sport Hotel, Hacinco Student Village, Thanh Xuan district, Hanoi, Vietnam. Website: www.xalo.vn or         www.tinhvan.com or          www.tvo.vn   II – RECRUITMENT PROCESS Latest 1 week after the deadline of applying, the HR Department of Tinhvan Group will conduct an examination or direct interview. This time can be modified depending on the quantity of CVs. Examination and interview schedule will be sent directly to applicants’ emails or cell phone.   Examination Form: Required tests are:
  • IQ
  • English language skill
  • Profession skill: depending on applying position
HR Department marks and inform results to the applicants within 2 days after the contest via SMS or email. Based on the results and information provided in the CVs, HR Department will connect to suitable applicants for interviewing. Final result of recruitment will be updated within 7 working days after the interview.
