On May 25, 2012, at the office of Dung Quat Oil Refinery – 208 Hung Vuong Street of Quang Ngai City, Quang Ngai Province, Tinhvan Corporate Consulting JSC (Tinhvan Consulting) has officially signed “Deployment of HiStaff at Dung Quat oil Refinery” project with Binh Son Oiil Refinery one member limited company (BSR).

Dung Quat Oil Refinery is one of the national key projects of Vietnam in the early 21st century

BSR is in charge of managing and operating Dung Quat Oil Refinery – the first oil refinery in Vietnam and is one of the national key economic projects in the early 21st century. The plant with a maximum capacity of 6.5 million tons of crude oil/year, equivalent to 148,000 barrels/day, is expected to meet 30% of domestic demand for petroleum.
