In the morning of September 13, 2012, the Awarding Ceremony of Certificate of Merit of “10 years for Tinhvan Group’s achievements” was held in a cozy and intimate atmosphere in Meeting Room 1 – Tinhvan Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan Group). The Certificate of Merit was awarded to Pham Thi Hoa, Deputy Director of Administration – HR Department.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quan Son – Deputy General Director of Finance & Information Systems, Mr. Nguyen Son Tung, Deputy General Director in charge of Administration and Human Resources, Mr. Pham Thuc Truong Luong, Deputy General Director of Products, International Relationship and Quality Assurance…. along with full of Tinhvan Group’s officers and employees.

On behalf of the Management Board of Tinhvan group, Mr. Nguyen Quan Son and Mr. Nguyen Son Tung awarded the Certificate of Merit for Tinhvan Group’s achievements and 5 million dong to Pham Thi Hoa.

Mr Pham Thuc Truong Luong represented the Management Board to give a speech, acknowledging Ms. Hoa’s dedication over the last time. “In any work position, Pham Thi Hoa is always a friendly and hard-working person. Both in her work and communication, Ms. Hoa always gets the trust from her bosses. Today is a memorable milestone, not only for Ms. Hoa but also for Tinhvan Group. This is also an occasion for other members to believe that Tinhvan is a home where everyone can give long-term commitment”.

Officially joining Tinhvan Group since July, 2002, Ms. Pham Thi Hoa has held various positions such as: Training and Technology Transfer Officer, Head of Training Department, Deputy Director of Administration and HR Department, etc. During the past 10 years, Ms. Flowers has always got her job done well, silently contributed her efforts to the development of Tinhvan Group.

Also in August, 2012, The Management Board of Tinhvan Group rewarded some employees with 5 years working for company, i.e.: Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh, Head of Electronic Library Department – MTV Software Solutions & System Integration Company Limited, Mr. Truong Canh Thi – Safeguard – Administrative and HR Department.
