March 16th, Tinhvan Group was awarded Certificate of Merit by Chairman of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for their outstanding achievements in the building and development of information technology (IT), contributing actively in the city’s movement.
Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City- Mr. Le Manh Ha Minh on behalf of the City awarded the Certificate of Merit to the representative of Tinhvan Group- Mr. Phan Quang Minh- Director of Tinhvan branch in HCM city.
The award ceremony took place in Ho Chi Minh City ICT Meeting Spring 2013 chaired by Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and the Department of Information and Communication at Rex Hotel, 141 Nguyen Hue Street, 1 District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Participants of the event included Leadership representatives from 22 departments of Information and Communication of provinces and city, and enterprises operating in the ICT sector.
Aiming at strengthening the connection between state management agencies with the enterprise community operating in the IT field, the Meeting was an opportunity for participants to openly discuss, share many ideas about favorable conditions as well as difficulties existing in the sector. Accordingly, a common voice was expected to reach out in order to perform better current IT activities and also boost IT activities to further develop in the future.
Ho Chi Minh City, on this occasion, also announced 11 outstanding events in the Information Technology – Telecommunication sector of the City in 2012 and 5th Ho Chi Minh City IT Award in 2013.
