On April 11th 2017, in Japan, Mr. Nguyen Ich Vinh – Director General of Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) and Director of TVO Japan read the official appointment decision as Deputy Director of TVO Japan to Mr. Teruhiko Tahara.
At the Appointment Ceremony, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of Tinh Van Group gave a welcome speech to show the appreciation and big thanks to Mr. Tahara for accompanying with Tinh Van to build TVO Japan from the beginning. TVO Japan will be a pure Japanese company, fully responsible for the implementation and quality control of the project. On the social side, Japan now us facing with the high proportion of old population, while Vietnam has a young workforce. Therefore, Tinh Van will train professional staffs to provide human resources for the huge market in Japan through TVO Japan.
Before joining TVO Japan, Mr. Tahara had over 20 – year experience in various fields such as sales, project development, project management. Moreover, he also had the extensive knowledge of Japanese law based on many years of practical implementation on recruitment, insurance and taxation of enterprises.
Joining TVO Japan, Mr. Tahara will come up with strategic plans to take over the market and be responsible for promoting market development plans in Japan. In addition, he also represents TVO Japan to work directly with Japanese partners, customers and administrations on the company’s operations.
Attending the meeting after the Appointment Ceremony, in addition to the members of the company, Tinh Van was also honored to receive Mr. Tatsuya Hamagami – a Senior – from Asahi Newspaper – a prestigious newspaper in Japan.
