Tinhvan Outsourcing conducts annual HR assessment vi

The 2020 annual staff competency assessment period has been implemented by Tinhvan Outsourcing since the end of November 2.

The assessment criteria include:

  • Creative initiative
  • Cultural activities
  • Knowledge sharing
  • Compliance with discipline
  • Assessment of completing the annual individual objectives

In addition to the assessment of the department head and personnel itself, TVO also consults with customers on work Results, Skills and working Attitude of Onsite staff to get the most general and accurate view.
