On October 2, 2020, Deputy General Director of Tinhvan – Mr. Pham Thuc Truong Luong represented Tinhvan to participate in the scientific seminar of “Improving the performance of library to meet the requirements and tasks of education and training at University of Fire Prevention and Fighting (UFPF) in the current period”.

This is an opportunity to objectively assess the characteristics of the situation, shortcomings of the library system in the academies, People’s Public Security schools in general and the UFPF Library in particular, and at the same time act scientific forum for leading scientists and experts in the field of Libraries to exchange and update theoretical and practical information related to library activities, thereby offering scientific, practical and effective solutions to build, develop and improve library performance of the school in the following years.

Here, Mr. Luong had an introduction about Tinhvan Education’s Libol Bookworm Digital Document Circulation Solution. Especially, Mr. Luong also pointed out how some problems and difficulties in library management will be solved when applying Tinhvan’s solution.
