On March 12, 2012 in Ho Chi Minh City, Megastar Media Co., Ltd (Megastar) has signed a project namely “Providing Human Resource Overall Management Solution - HiStaff" with Tinhvan Consulting.

On March 12, 2012, a signing Ceremony of Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Tinhvan Technologies JSC (Tinhvan Group) and its partner Altibase Corporation (Altibase) was held in Hanoi. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Hoang To, Chairman cum General Director of Tinhvan Group, Mr. SUNGJIN KIM – President and CEO of Altibase Corp together with other Tinhvan Group’s and Altibase Corp’s leaders.

On March 09, 2012, Minh Chau Entertainment JSC – Minh Chau Corporation (MCC), a member of Tinhvan Group, has solemnly held a ceremony to mark the 1st anniversary of its establishment in Sum Villa, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

To celebrate International Women’s day, Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company (Tinhvan group) held the contest “Tinhvan’s Next Top Model”.

On February 17th 2012 in Hanoi, Department of Information Technology – General Department of State Reserves officially signed the contract of upgrading the software of supplies and goods and warehouse management of General Department with Tinhvan Consulting.
