On January 19th 2011 in Hanoi, Tinhvan Group held The Closing Ceremony in 2011 and proposed action plans for 2012.
According to the Income Statement of Executive Board, 2011 was a tough year with continuously spreading economic downturn, inflation rate up to 20%, highest banking interest rate, the plummeting stock market, the frozen real estates. In that difficult circumstance, the business performance of Tinhvan in 2011 still gained proud achievements: the revenue with the growth level of nearly 100% compared with that in 2010. Tinhvan Solutions (TVS) is the leading unit both in turnover and profit in the whole Group; Tinhvan Telecom (TVT) gained the second place, becoming one of the most prestigious digital content suppliers in Vietnam with the advantages of technology and creative business activities; Tinhvan Consulting (TVC) obtained “hot” development, the product of human resources general management HiStaff still kept the 1st position in Vietnam with a wide range of big clients; Tinhvan’s subsidiary in Hochiminh city (TVHCM) fulfilled 100% the plan targeted; Minh Chau entertainment jointstock company (MCC) just started from June 2011 but gained an impressive figure of revenue; Tinhvan Outsourcing (TVO) in 2011 accumulated necessary values, creating momentum for a new development and officially changed the operating model from Centre to Subsidiary – Tinhvan Software Export Jointstock Company.
Addressing at the meeting, (Mr) Hoang To – the Chairman cum General Director of the Tinhvan Groupgave strategic objectives, vision of Tinhvan Group to 2015 based on the solid foundation of brandname, culture and finance. Board of Directors of Tinhvan Group unified the slogan of 2012: “Discipline to excel”, simultaneously committed to complete financial regulations in 2012, managing the cashflow tightly, readily preparing for backup plans, saying “no” with risky projects and contracts and taking the first priority on projects with quick cashflow return.

At this closing ceremony, hundred employees of Tinhvan Group had opportunities to directly discuss wit Executive Board issues such as: salary, benefits, treatment regimes, promotion opportunities, vision and development orientation in 2012. As usual, the nomination and award parts of “Tinhvan outstanding employees in 2011” to honour best employees in the whole year took the most interest from participants. 7 outstanding employees in 2001 were rewarded with cash-valuable awards and Tinhvan Group’s stock.
Entertaining performances together with the awards of “Typical Big Fours of Tinhvan”, “Beautiful Big Fours of Tinhvan” and the funny contest ‘Tinh gio” made the atmosphere more exciting. The ceremony ended with a warm party.
