Tinhvan provided HiStaff solution to TNK – Vietnam vi

On October 29, 2012, Tinhvan Ho Chi Minh Branch and TNK Vietnam Petroleum and Gas Company (TNK – – Vietnam) officially signed the contract for the “provision and implementation of HiStaff Overall Human Resource Management Software Solution”.

TNK – Vietnam is a subsidiary of TNK – BP Group (a 50/50 joint venture between PB Petrol and Gas Group of the U.K. and AAR Complex of Russia). In June 2011, the 3rd largest petroleum and gas group in Russia reached an agreement with BP regarding the acquisition of BP’s share in upstream properties, gas pipelines and power production of BP in Vietnam and Venezuela for an amount of 1.8 billion USD.

After receiving the modified investment license from Vietnamese Government in October 2011, TNK – Vietnam took over the operations of BP’s projects, including the petroleum and gas exploitation project at Lot No. 06.1, Nam Con Son gas pipeline, and Phu My thermal power plant No. 3.

Before using HiStaff, TNK – Vietnam also adopted a number of technology solutions for its management and operation as well as a professional standard system in the management of senior human resource.
