After two days of audit (29th -30th June, 2015) by DAS-UKAS from the United Kingdom, Tinhvan Group succeeded in re-certification of ISO 9001:2008 and in converting the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to the standard of ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
Participants in the audit included leadership of Tinhvan Group, head of relevant functions, related individuals and 2 auditor from DAS/UKAS organization, i.e Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung – audit leader and Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – auditor.
Opening meeting of audit by DAS organization to re-issue ISO 9001:2008 certificate and convert the version of Information Security Management System to the standard of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 of Tinhvan Group.
During the two days of audit, relevant member companies and departments of Tinhvan Group showed a kind cooperation to facilitate the audit to be accurate and effective. The audit team affirmed to closely cooperate, to appropriately reflect the performance of Tinhvan Group under the 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO/ IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System.
Finishing the audit, Audit Leader, Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, said: “As one of first software organizations in Vietnam to apply ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards, Tinhvan Group’s advantages are its staff who are qualified, capable and experienced in effectively deploying management systems to facilitate the Company’s business.
The Company has unceasingly innovated new management methods, such as OKR system in 2015, in order to improve the performance under the policies of the Company and commitment of the Leadership”.

As a conclusion, Mr. Hung said: “Quality Management and Information Security Management Systems of Tinhvan Group satisfy the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards. The audit team recommends the DAS Organization to maintain the certificate of ISMS and issue new certificate to the Quality Management Systems of Tinhvan Technologies Joint Stock Company.”
