Joint Venture Tinhvan – TechM had set up the Document Management and Human Resource Management System for the State Bank

On December 05th, 2014, The State Bank of Vietnam and Joint Venture of TechMahindraCo.,Ltd and Tinh Van Technology Joint Stock Company ( Joint Venture TechM-Tinhvan) had organized a ceremony to sign the contract on the project SG3.2: “Document Management and Human Resource Management System for The State Bank”.

The guests of the ceremony included Mr. Nguyen ToanThang – Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, Mr.LeManh Hung – Project Director of ” Information Management and Bank Modernization System ” (FSMIMS); Mr. Nguyen Son Tung – Deputy General Director of Tinhvan Group; Mr. Karunakar Rao – Project Director of TechMahindra Co.,Ltd. and representatives of the units of the State Bank and the Joint Venture.

The project “Document Management and Human Resource System for the State Bank” is a main project of Project FSMIMS with the basic objective is supporting The State Bank in: Building document management system to improve document management process of the Office of the State Bank, Departments of the Central Bank and the State Bank’s branches in other provinces and cities; Automating word processing, improving the efficiency of the data search of the State Bank; Building centralized Human Resources Management System to support the management and to effectively use of human resources of the whole State Bank.

ngan hang nha nuocTinhvan and TechM are contractors with a lot of experiences in implementing the projects of document management system and human resource management system in banking and finance field in Vietnam and other countries all over the world.

The Document Management System and Human Resource Management System have built in the basis of solution SAP Human Capital Management. The selection of contractor for the project SG3.2 has organized in the form of international competitive bidding method with the bidding price of nearly 1.8 million US dollar (equal to 75% of the estimated value of the bid). The contract shall be conducted in 18 months from November 2014 to May 2016.

The successful deployment of this important and complex project – SG3.2 has not only significantly improved the implementation of the functional tasks of the State Bank, but also actively supported for administrative reforming and e-government construction as the Government’s orientation.
