On the date of 29/04/2016, in Tinh Van Ho Chi Minh city Branch, Tinh Van Group had successfully hold the annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year of 2016.
The meeting had gathered the attendance of Board of Management, Supervisory Board and authorized shareholders.
After the opening speech and meeting general agenda, Mr. Hoang To – Chairman of Management Board as the Representative of Management Board and Executive Board reported the general working situation of Tinhvan in the year of 2015 as well as propose the strategy, KPI and missions for the year of 2016. After that, Mr. Phan Quang Minh, Head of Supervisory Board of Tinhvan Group, brought the report of Supervisory Board submitted to Management Board.
General Meeting of Shareholders had vote with a strong consensus for the reports and proposal of Management Board and Supervisory Board, including: Management Board’s report, Sae reportof 2015, Working Plan and KPI for the year of 2016, the Financial Statements & Profit distribution plan of 2015, Supervisory Board report.
In the year of 2015, with the slogan of Go Global, Tinhvan had an outstanding income from Outsourcing sector, especially from Japanese enterprises. Along with that, the company also had changed & improved in the structure as well as established Tinhvan Research & Development Center, broke the BO structure into small Divisions… This was also the first year for applying in Tinhvan the general strategic management methodology of OKR with the expectation of creating the motivation for all employees at all level.
In 2016, Tinhvan group is going to focus on the slogan of “Go Global – Go South – Go Service” with the “Service Mindset”. Tinhvan will also focus on increasing service quantity and sector wised consulting, core services and Mobile Marketing. All of the units at the same time will expand, promote the cooperation with trustworthy enterprises in the world.
